REAL ESTATE COMPETITION PROJECTS- Fall 2011
This section is dedicated to students who were in Dr. Roby Simons UST 610 Urban Development Process/Market Analysis class. These entries are student created real estate projects that focused on its feasibility (whether the project is a "go or a no-go") through some of the tools in the urban development process. These entries are the projects that were chosen as the best of the best in the class and were presented for the Annual Real Estate Competition.
