This section is dedicated to students who were in Dr. Roby Simons UST 610 Urban Development Process/Market Analysis class. These entries are student created real estate projects that focused on its feasibility (whether the project is a "go or a no-go") through some of the tools in the urban development process. These entries are the projects that were chosen as the best of the best in the class and were presented for the Annual Real Estate Competition.

This is a project that was tied for 1st place in the Real Estate competition which was  created for the Urban Development Process and Market Analysis class (UST 610) in the Fall of 2011. This project is geared towards urban living for individuals 55 and over.
