This is James Aspery, friendly neighborhood APA President. Many thanks to those who made it out to Thursday's meeting, we have had an incredible turnout for the first two meetings of the year. Also, congratulations to Diana Hasrouni, our new First Year Representative! As a new board member, Diana is excited to bring you all the best possible experience as CSU APA members.
The main point I will continue to stress is that we NEED help from our members to make all our events inclusive & relevant to everyone. From our regularly-scheduled bake sales (see sign-up sheet outside our office UR 114) to our annual Browns Watch Party fundraiser, the difference between a successful event and an unsuccessful one is you!
For the Watch Party, please email me at email@example.com no later than Tuesday the 22nd if you are interested in assisting with event marketing, donation collections, logistics other areas. Once we have a group of interested members, I am hoping hold our "kickoff" Watch Party planning meeting sometime next week. IMPORTANT: the more that CSU APA members help with events like our Levin Lounge Bake Sales & the Browns Watch Party, the more that reflects upon our funding allocation for the National Conference this April in Seattle.
Also: due to time on Thursday, I was not able to run through the numerous events & happenings on our agenda. Therefore, here are the links to all the events currently residing online:
